Cancellation Policy

BY CLIENTS OR PARTICIPANTS:

1. NOTIFYING MORE THAN 40 DAYS IN ADVANCE: 100% of the paid amount is refunded.
2. NOTIFYING MORE THAN 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE: 95% of the paid amount is refunded, assuming a 5% cost for management expenses.
3. NOTIFYING BETWEEN 14 AND 10 DAYS IN ADVANCE: 90% of the paid amount is refunded, assuming a 10% cost for management expenses. If it is instead a reduction in the number of participants, a 5% fee, proportional to the number of cancellations, will be charged for management expenses.
4. NOTIFYING BETWEEN 9 AND 6 DAYS IN ADVANCE: 80% of the paid amount is refunded, assuming a 20% cost for management expenses. If it is instead a reduction in the number of participants, a 10% fee, proportional to the number of cancellations, will be charged for management expenses.
5. NOTIFYING BETWEEN 5 AND 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE: 50% of the paid amount is refunded, assuming a 50% cost for management expenses. If it is instead a reduction in the number of participants, a 40% fee, proportional to the number of cancellations, will be charged for management expenses.
6. NOTIFYING LESS THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OR AT THE TIME OF ARRIVING FOR THE ACTIVITY: Failure to appear at the agreed place, date, and time as per the reservation form, as well as cancelling the activity within 24 hours prior to it, results in the loss of the paid amount.
7. A DELAY OF MORE THAN 30 MINUTES AT THE MEETING PLACE WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF THE PAID AMOUNT.

 

BY THE COMPANY:

1. Once the activity has started, the amount will not be refunded if weather conditions or any other external cause to Hocesventura are adverse. In this case, Hocesventura will propose a change of date.
2. The company reserves the right to cancel the activity if clients show symptoms of being under the influence of alcohol or any other narcotic substance, with no right to any refund. For any other claims, there is a complaint book available by the company Hocesventura.
